3. Seasonal ingredient of the month

|
September brings with it the season of the blackberries. They are a fantastic antioxidant and not to mention they taste great! With high nutritional contents of Vitamin C and Vitamin K, blackberries are a wonderful addition to your diet. With these health benefits why not include them in your meals – including savoury ones such as this wonderful recipe for Venison Salad, which combines the sweet-sharp blackeberries with the earthy, rich venison. The perfect dish to celebrate autumn.
